Done with you, or done for you

Two ways to work together, same playbook either way. I'll build the system alongside you and train your team to run it, or I'll run the whole thing myself and you just take the calls.

How we work

Pick your
level of hands-on

same playbook, different amount of me

Option one

Done with you

You keep the account. I build the strategy with you, review what's running, and train whoever on your team is pressing the buttons.

  • Weekly strategy calls, hands on the account
  • Audits and creative direction
  • Ad scripts and testing plans
  • Your team ends up able to run it

Best if you want the capability in-house

Option two

Done for you

I take the whole thing. Strategy, ads, landing pages, the backend, and the reporting. You show up to the leads.

  • Meta and Google, built and managed
  • Landing pages and backend setup
  • Creative, scripts, and shoots
  • Weekly optimization and reporting

Best if you'd rather own the outcome than the process

What's in it

Three things,
done properly

Ads and creative have to be built together. One without the other is where most budgets stall, so both paths above cover all three.

1

Paid ads

Meta and Google. Built, tested, and optimized every week against the number that actually matters.

  • Campaign and audience build
  • Winner vs testing budget split
  • Weekly kill and scale decisions
  • Attribution you can actually trust
2

Content

The creative that makes the ads work. Scripted, shot, and edited so it feels native instead of like an ad.

  • Hooks and ad scripts
  • On-site shoots and content days
  • Short-form editing and clipping
  • Statics shot as real photos
3

Systems

Where most ad budgets quietly leak. Leads get captured, routed, and followed up before they go cold.

  • Landing pages and forms
  • Lead routing and alerts
  • Follow-up automation
  • Reporting you can actually read

The problem

Polished ads were not landing, and the budget had no clear winner to scale behind.

What we did

Used a raw walkthrough video their own staff filmed instead of produced creative, and put the budget behind it.

What happened

That one video carried 107 of the first 113 leads on its own. Over its lifetime it pulled 208 leads on $7,040, and nothing in the account went over $100 per lead in 90 days.

The problem

One flat budget across everything, and ads getting killed on a calendar instead of on spend.

What we did

Split the account into a winner budget and a testing budget, with a spend-based kill threshold. Then stopped optimizing for cost per lead and rebuilt around which leads actually convert.

What happened

The college campaign became the cheapest lead source the account had seen. More importantly, we found the one segment that actually converts and stopped paying for the rest.

The problem

Designed graphics looked like ads, so people scrolled past them.

What we did

Threw out the graphic design and shot the statics as real photographs of real backyards.

What happened

The backyard image hit a 10.1% click-through rate, five to eight times the norm for the category. That finding now sets how we shoot statics for every account.

every account you see above, I ran myself

I learned this in house. Four roles at a performance gym ending as marketing director, with a real P&L on the line and the owner in the room. I left in November 2023 to do it on my own and have never taken outside money.

Since then I've run ads and built content for closet companies, gyms, pool builders, auto dealers, and DTC brands.

FAQ

Straight answers

What's the difference between done with you and done for you?

Done with you: you keep the account, I build the strategy with you, review what's running, and train whoever on your team is pressing the buttons. Done for you: I take the whole thing, strategy, ads, landing pages, the backend, and reporting, and you show up to the leads. Same playbook either way.

Which ad platforms do you run?

Meta and Google. Built, tested, and optimized every week against the number that actually matters.

Do you make the ad creative too?

Yes. Hooks and ad scripts, on-site shoots and content days, short-form editing, and statics shot as real photos. Ads and creative have to be built together, so both paths include it.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Founders who want paid ads and content that move real numbers. So far that's closet companies, gyms, pool builders, auto dealers, and DTC brands.

Who actually runs my account?

Me. Every account on this page, I ran myself.

How do I get started?

Book a 30 minute call. Tell me what you sell and what a customer is worth, and I'll tell you straight whether paid ads are the right move for you.
